This Mini Session is perfect for all Children!

SANTA will be here and ready to visit with all the children!  Santa Steve is great at knowing their name and getting them to relax and enjoy their time with him.  This year's set design is brand new and is full of all things Christmas and it's mixed with a little snow!   It is sure to be delight for all the children as they interact with Santa during their private photo session.  and... there are NO long lines.  Simply book your session and your children can enjoy their visit with SANTA without being rushed.  Your child will get to share their wish list with SANTA, explore the globe, check his nice list (to see if they are on it?!) all the while I will be capturing all the amazing moments they get to share with SANTA.   It is always a JOY and delight!

We will have a hot cocoa bar and treats for them as they are wrapping up their time with SANTA.

This is always a BIG DAY! We hope that you can join in the fun!

The session fee is $50 and is due at Booking and includes...

• 20 min session
• a private online gallery
• use of our studio sets and props
• professional editing of your gallery
• Fun, Laughter & Memories to share

Then $100 is due the day of the session.  We invoice this to you a day or two prior to the session and you are welcome to pay it online prior to your session, or you can opt to pay at your session in the studio.  Either way is totally fine.  This is a minimum purchase amount that is required for our Mini Sessions.   This is a FULL print credit that will be applied in your private online gallery for you to use when completing your photo order.  You can choose to use it towards digitals, prints, or a mixture of the two.

MINI SESSION AGREEMENT:

Client is guaranteed up to 20 minutes of shooting time

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: DEPOSIT are non-refundable, but are transferable to another mini session date; if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).  This fee is part of your all inclusive package fee.   Themed Mini sessions are a one day event.

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Deanna L Belser; Specialty Photography.  Digital images in your package and/or that you purchase will come with a print release so that you can print in any size at any location of your choice. (all for personal use)

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions.  etc.)
