This mini session is perfect for all Children!

Our Kitchen is a white Farmhouse Style kitchen full of all things Christmas.  The colors, and decor' are perfect for all your Christmas Outfits.   This is a fun interactive session where your child gets to interact and visit with Mrs. Claus during the whole session.  They can ask about SANTA (Like what is SANTA's favorite cookie? or maybe even ask about the Reindeer?)  They also get to enjoy decorating and eating cookies with Mrs. Claus.   And... if they want they can bring their letter for SANTA and leave it with Mrs. Claus to make the special delivery.   This is such a magical time and we look forward to capturing all the magic of Christmas!

We will have a hot cocoa bar with treats for them to enjoy as they wrap up their time with Mrs. Claus too! 

The session fee is $50 and is due at Booking and includes...

• 20 min session
• a private online gallery
• use of our studio sets and props
• professional editing of your gallery
• Fun, Laughter & Memories to share

Then $100 is due the day of the session.  We invoice this to you a day or two prior to the session and you are welcome to pay it online prior to your session, or you can opt to pay at your session in the studio.  Either way is totally fine.  This is a minimum purchase amount that is required for our Mini Sessions.   This is a FULL print credit that will be applied in your private online gallery for you to use when completing your photo order.  You can choose to use it towards digitals, prints, or a mixture of the two.

MINI SESSION AGREEMENT:

Client is guaranteed up to 20 minutes of shooting time

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: DEPOSIT are non-refundable, but are transferable to another mini session date; if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).  This fee is part of your all inclusive package fee.   Themed Mini sessions are a one day event.

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Deanna L Belser; Specialty Photography.  Digital images in your package and/or that you purchase will come with a print release so that you can print in any size at any location of your choice. (all for personal use)

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions.  etc.)
